Frank was a online mascot for a toy cars targeted to boys. And although it thrived for many years, it would eventually die of interest due to the repetitive advertising, the creators, in a futile attempt to get their product running again with popularity, the creators would decide to replace the mascot with someone else whom they considered less-repetitive and more of someone more serious and one to look up to.
However, although Frank has been replaced, he wasn't entirely gone. The website specially made for him still existed with him in it, but just wasn't worked on anymore. Although this gave Frank a fresh bit of air from upkeeping a reputation, he couldn't help but miss the company. This given him time to think and mess with things on the site he would often call his home.
With this boring stay in his website, he would eventually completely change his website till its unrecognizable and his own, so if the creators ever want him back or removed for good, they wont even be able to find him in a clear sight. So it would begin, he can explore the internet all to himself.
